Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Singapore is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager/ Lead to oversee day-to-day facilities operations, lead a team of ambassadors and soft services personnel, and coordinate with engineering and security teams to deliver seamless workplace experiences.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage site budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and report performance metrics to the Senior Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building Services or related field.
• Knowledge of vendor management.
• Strong operating budget management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with soft services: cleaning, concierge, event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of workplace ambassadors and soft services professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and safety compliance.
• Manage client relationships and report KPI/metrics.
• Prepare monthly management reports on facility management.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Support business continuity and emergency response plans.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with engineering teams and vendors.
