Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Diploma in Facilities Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day facility operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and manage maintenance programs for critical equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead health, safety and environment practices and audits.
• Oversee asset management, inventory, and cost controls.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance within budget.
• Prepare and control annual operating and capital budgets.
• Provide leadership to the facilities team and contractors.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communications and escalations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage event execution including logistics and staffing.
