Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a Workplace Event Lead for IFM to supervise a team of Workplace Ambassadors, plan and execute events that boost employee engagement and reinforce client culture.

You will work closely with Workplace Experience, Engineering, Facilities, IT and communications teams to deliver end-to-end events across locations, manage budgets, timelines and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in Soft Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing & Communications, or related field.
• Diploma holder in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Strong operational mindset with passion for building meaningful employee experiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise and mentor event ambassadors; recruit, hire, onboard, set expectations and delegate responsibilities.
• Event Program Management: manage portfolio of workplace events across categories and locations, including town halls and celebrations.
• Budget Management: develop annual event budgets and track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: liaise with multiple departments and client stakeholders; coordinate with IT, facilities, and communications.
• Crisis Management & Problem Solving: address logistical challenges, escalate issues, implement contingency plans.
• Health & Safety Management: ensure safety standards, conduct risk assessments, oversee vendor compliance.
