Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in workplace, facilities, property, or corporate office operations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Knowledge of workplace operations, health and safety requirements, and facilities management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workplace operations to ensure a safe, functional, and seamless environment.
• Coordinate facilities maintenance, housekeeping, and workplace services.
• Monitor service delivery and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with service levels and contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, occupants, and service partners.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor workplace performance metrics.
