Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a Workforce Performance Consultant to lead on-site software implementations across client sites in the hospitality sector. This 9-month fixed-term contract requires travel to client engagements within Singapore and beyond when required.

You will translate client needs into effective module configurations, deliver training, and maintain strong relationships with executives to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations or Housekeeping) and 5+ years total experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions, scheduling & labour management, and time& attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environment.

We support hotels, restaurants, casinos, and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite. Some of the chains we work with include Hilton, Rosewood, Shangri La, Accor, IHG, Hoxton, Corinthia, Oetker Collection etc. We are a small but growing team, and you’ll have opportunities to express yourself and make meaningful contributions to our products and the company.

As a Workforce Performance Consultant, you will be leading the software implementation on the client site and ensure successful implementation of the project.

This is a fixed-term contractual role (9 months), offered on the company’s payroll.

The position is based in Singapore and involves extensive travel as part of client engagements.

What will you do?

• Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements to ensure that the chosen modules fit in seamlessly.
• Lead software implementations on client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to following up after the system is up and running.
• Deliver outstanding training to clients across departments and positions.
• Assume responsibility for all pre-site preparation and post implementation feedback.
• Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
• Proactively identify ‘at risk’ customers and red flag to the Account Management team.
• Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback.
• Adhere to internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction.
• Contribute to Product Improvement and Innovation based on customer feedback collected by you.

We are looking for:

• Possess at least 3+years’ experience in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall experience of 5 years or more.
• Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.
• Knowledge of HRIS /Workforce Systems is preferred

• Strong Problem-solving Skills.
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives.
