Job summary

Unifocus is seeking a Workforce Performance Consultant for a 9-month contractual role based in Singapore. The consultant will lead software implementations, ensure project success, and deliver training to clients. Candidates must have over 3 years of hotel operations experience, be familiar with technology systems, and possess excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin. The role involves extensive travel and a hybrid work environment that promotes work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least 3+ years of experience in Hotel Operations.
• Knowledge of HRIS / Workforce Systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ business and ensure module fit.
• Lead software implementations and project success.
• Deliver training to clients across departments.
• Conduct regular account reviews with customers.
• Identify 'at risk' customers proactively.
• Adhere to case logging and project feedback processes.

Skills

Hotel Operations experience

Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems
