Job summary

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform serving hospitality and dynamic scheduling environments. We are seeking a Workforce Performance Consultant for a 9-month contractual engagement based in Singapore, with travel to client sites.

You will lead client-site implementations, ensure project success from planning to go-live, and deliver training across departments. A background in hotel operations and HRIS familiarity, plus strong English and Mandarin, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Hotel Operations (Front Office/Guest Relations/Housekeeping) with a total of 5+ years in related roles.
• Experience with HRIS / workforce systems is preferred.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin proficiency is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementations on client sites and ensure success of each project from planning to post go-live.
• Deliver training to clients across departments and positions.
• Manage pre-site preparation and post-implementation feedback to ensure smooth adoption.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess service needs and usage trends.
• Identify at-risk customers and escalate to the Account Management team when needed.

Workforce Performance Consultant (Contractual – 9 Months)

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform offering intelligent automation for daily work orders management, housekeeping activities, facility maintenance, survey solutions, scheduling & labour management, and time & attendance built for the hospitality market and other dynamic scheduling environment.

We support hotels, restaurants, casinos, and more with our innovative web-based and mobile software suite. Some of the chains we work with include Hilton, Rosewood, Shangri La, Accor, IHG, Hoxton, Corinthia, Oetker Collection etc. We are a small but growing team, and you'll have opportunities to express yourself and make meaningful contributions to our products and the company.

As a Workforce Performance Consultant, you will be leading the software implementation on the client site and ensure successful implementation of the project.

This is a fixed-term contractual role (9 months), offered on the company’s payroll. The position is based in Singapore and involves extensive travel as part of client engagements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements to ensure that the chosen modules fit in seamlessly.
• Lead software implementations on client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to following up after the system is up and running.
• Deliver outstanding training to clients across departments and positions.
• Assume responsibility for all pre-site preparation and post implementation feedback.
• Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
• Proactively identify ‘at risk’ customers and red flag to the Account Management team.
• Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback.
• Adhere to internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction.
• Contribute to Product Improvement and Innovation based on customer feedback collected by you.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Possess at least 3+ years’ experience in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall experience of 5 years or more
• Knowledge of HRIS / Workforce Systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel software/technology systems.
• Excellent command over written and spoken English.
• Excellent command over written and spoken Mandarin.
• Excellent Business Communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Confident, disciplined and Focused on Customer satisfaction.
• Strong Problem-solving Skills.
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives.
• Aren’t afraid of taking ownership and accountability.

Duration: 9 months (Contractual role)

Engagement: On company payroll / fixed-term contract

Location: Singapore (with travel as required)

This role requires candidates to be currently authorized to work in Singapore. Applicants must have valid work authorization for the Singapore location.
