Job summary

Unifocus is seeking a Workforce Performance Consultant for a 9-month contract in Singapore. You will lead client-site software implementations, deliver training across departments, and ensure project success from planning to post-launch follow-up.

Travel extensively and collaborate with executives, driving customer satisfaction and feedback-informed product improvements. Strong English and Mandarin, plus great presentation and communication skills, are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall 5+ years in related roles.
• Familiar with hotel software/technology systems.
• Knowledge of HRIS / Workforce Systems is preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent command of Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation and business communication skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Confident, disciplined and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with executives.
• Aren’t afraid of taking ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

About the job (9-month Contract)

As a Workforce Performance Consultant, you will be leading the software implementation on the client site and ensure successful implementation of the project.

This is a fixed-term contractual role (9 months), offered on the company’s payroll. The position is based in Singapore and involves extensive travel as part of client engagements.

What will you do?

• Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business and requirements to ensure that the chosen modules fit in seamlessly.
• Lead software implementations on client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to following up after the system is up and running.
• Deliver outstanding training to clients across departments and positions.
• Assume responsibility for all pre-site preparation and post implementation feedback.
• Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends.
• Proactively identify ‘at risk’ customers and red flag to the Account Management team.
• Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback.
• Adhere to internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction.
• Contribute to Product Improvement and Innovation based on customer feedback collected by you.

We are looking for:

• Possess at least 3+ years’ experience in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations/Service Team or Housekeeping) and overall experience of 5 years or more.

Contract Details

• Duration: 9 months (Contractual role)
• Engagement: On company payroll / fixed-term contract
• Location: Singapore (with travel as required)
• This role requires candidates to be currently authorized to work in Singapore. Applicants must have valid work authorization for the Singapore location.
