Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or workforce consulting, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality sector operations, staffing models, and industry-specific challenges.
• Excellent consultative and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse workforce data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and placement processes.
• Knowledge of labour market dynamics and employment trends within hospitality.
• Proficiency in using recruitment and HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant professional qualifications in HR, recruitment, or related fields would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore's hospitality sector and employment regulations is preferred.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor placement outcomes and provide post-placement support to ensure successful employee integration.
• Prepare reports and presentations on workforce performance trends and recommendations for hospitality organisations.
