Job summary

Unifocus is an integrated workforce management software platform serving hospitality and dynamic scheduling environments. We are seeking a Workforce Performance Consultant for a 9-month contractual engagement based in Singapore, with travel to client sites.

You will lead client-site implementations, ensure project success from planning to go-live, and deliver training across departments. A background in hotel operations and HRIS familiarity, plus strong English and Mandarin, are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in Hotel Operations (Front Office/Guest Relations/Housekeeping) with a total of 5+ years in related roles.
Experience with HRIS / workforce systems is preferred.
Strong command of English; Mandarin proficiency is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Lead software implementations on client sites and ensure success of each project from planning to post go-live.
Deliver training to clients across departments and positions.
Manage pre-site preparation and post-implementation feedback to ensure smooth adoption.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess service needs and usage trends.
Identify at-risk customers and escalate to the Account Management team when needed.
