Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD seeks a Workforce Performance Consultant to lead on-site software implementations across client sites in the hospitality sector. This 9-month fixed-term contract requires travel to client engagements within Singapore and beyond when required.

You will translate client needs into effective module configurations, deliver training, and maintain strong relationships with executives to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Hotel Operations (Front Office, Guest Relations or Housekeeping) and 5+ years total experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' business requirements to tailor module fit.
• Lead software implementations on client site from planning to go-live.
• Deliver training to clients across departments and roles.
• Handle pre-site preparation and post-implementation feedback.
• Conduct regular account reviews to assess service needs and usage trends.
• Identify at-risk customers and flag to Account Management.
• Adhere to case logging and project feedback processes.
• Meet internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction.
• Contribute to product improvement from customer feedback.
