You will guide prospective students from initial enquiry through to course registration, blending sales skills and customer relationship building. Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in education, hospitality, wine, or luxury goods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly course sales targets for wine, sake, food safety courses.
• Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Understand customers’ learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up to nurture long-term relationships.
• Recommend relevant wine events or premium courses to existing customers.
• Attend wine events, exhibitions, and networking functions to generate leads.
• Track and report sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
