Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
• Ensure all inventory movements are recorded and documented accurately.
• Coordinate resources in line with operational volume forecasts.
• Track and analyse operational KPIs to drive improvements.
• Maintain inventory integrity through regular counts and effective practices.
• Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain standards.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, supporting training and management.
• Enhance standard operating procedures for improved efficiency.

Job description

• Oversee end-to-endwarehouse operations, including inbound, storage, order fulfilment, packing, and outbound activities.

• Ensure all inventory movements areaccurately recorded and documented in the system in compliance with established WI and SOPs.

• Coordinate and optimise resources such as warehouse space, manpower, and equipment according to operational volume and forecasts.

• Track, review, and analyseoperational KPIs, implementing improvement actions to meet performance objectives.

• Maintaininventory integrity through regular cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and effective storage practices.

• Managewarehouse supplies and equipment, ensuring timely maintenance and readiness of material handling tools.

• Enforceworkplace safety regulations and uphold strong housekeeping standards aligned with 5S requirements.

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff, supporting training, performance management, and skill enhancement.

• Review and enhancestandard operating procedures, driving continuous improvements in efficiency, workflow, and service levels.

• Carry out additionalwarehouse-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
