A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a warehouse operations manager to oversee daily activities, ensuring efficiency in local and international deliveries, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations within the retail or FMCG sector, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in inventory management systems like WMS or SAP. This role offers a 5.5-day work week and requires someone who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including local and international deliveries, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to support smooth and reliable operations.
Ensure high inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and proper documentation.
Prepare and present regular operational and inventory reports to support management review and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and efficiency.
Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
Provide hands-on support in daily warehouse operations when required.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations within the retail or FMCG industry.
Experience working with in-house brand companies is required.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems such as WMS, SAP, or similar software is preferred.
Experience supporting omni-channel and/or e-commerce warehousing operations is an advantage.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Alternate Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
