Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including local and international deliveries, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee warehouse activities to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to support smooth and reliable operations.

• Ensure high inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and proper documentation.

• Prepare and present regular operational and inventory reports to support management review and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance consistency and efficiency.

• Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, accuracy, and service levels.

• Provide hands-on support in daily warehouse operations when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations within the retail or FMCG industry.

• Experience working with in-house brand companies is required.

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems such as WMS, SAP, or similar software is preferred.

• Experience supporting omni-channel and/or e-commerce warehousing operations is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Alternate Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
