Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent qualification. Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Warehouse Management / Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Possess valid Class 3 / 4 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving inspection of incoming shipments.
• Support verification of purchasing invoice.
• Ensure systematic storage & rotation of inventory respecting FIFO/FEFO.
• Ensure cleanliness and overall warehouse maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of picking list.
• Ensure daily deliveries are out as per KPI measurements.
• Route planning for delivery personnel and vehicles.
• Ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicle.
• Ensure and enforce professional discipline with all reporting staff.
• Recommend WSH solutions to address shortcomings in current processes.
