MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Bedok, Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety rules.
You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, maintain inventory in the WMS, and provide on-the-job training. The role is full-time, based on-site, with a salary up to SGD 3,000 depending on experience.

Work Hours | Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Allocate manpower and work assignments to ensure smooth and timely warehouse operations.
Monitor staff performance, work discipline and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
Provide on-the-job guidance and training to warehouse team members.
Oversee the receiving, storing, issuing and movement of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
Verify incoming goods against delivery orders, purchase orders and relevant documentation.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in accordance with company food safety and hygiene requirements.
Ensure warehouse staff comply with workplace safety procedures and proper manual handling practices.
Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Experience supervising warehouse staff and coordinating daily warehouse activities.
Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain operations will be an advantage.
Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic inventory management processes.
Comfortable working in chiller and freezer environments where required.
Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
Able to work independently, lead a team and respond effectively to operational priorities.
Comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties, including manual handling and movement of goods, as required by operational needs and in accordance with workplace safety requirements.
