Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at Loyang Way. You will oversee cargo handling, storage utilisation, and transport coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse operations, and valid forklift and Class 4 driving licences. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, with a salary package up to SGD 3,000 basic plus allowances and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, cargo handling and transportation activities, including schedules, storage, stocktaking, consolidation and transshipment.
• Plan warehouse layouts and monitor storage utilisation, operational performance and service delivery.
• Resolve warehouse quality issues, service lapses and escalated customer concerns.
• Ensure the safe handling of dangerous goods and time and temperature-sensitive cargo.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify safety gaps and ensure the team follows WSH, security and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate incident response and work with stakeholders to improve processes and team performance.
• Support the use of warehouse systems and other technology to improve operations.

Warehouse Supervisor

• Salary Package: Up till $3000 basic + $200 Location allowance + $25 handphone allowance + $100 monthly Skill Allowance (will pay within 3-6 months upon passing probation) + AWS + Variable Bonus (Minimum 2 months) + $500 NDP Bonus
• Working location: Loyang Way
• Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm
