Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced food logistics environment. You will supervise a team, manage inventory accuracy, perform stock counts, and ensure safe handling of chilled and frozen products using WMS.

The role focuses on optimizing receiving, storage, and dispatch, maintaining KPI-driven performance, and collaborating with Production, Procurement, and Logistics to keep operations smooth and compliant with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, food distribution or cold-chain environments.
• Hands-on and comfortable working on the warehouse floor.
• Experience in team supervision and inventory management.
• Familiar with WMS.
• Comfortable working in chiller/freezer environments.
• Able to perform manual handling when required.
• Good at problem-solving, coordination and managing operational priorities.

Working Days: 6 days

• Mon to Sat - 8am to 5pm

Job Scope:
