Job summary

Stafflink Services Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Bedok, Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, lead a 6–8 person team, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while maintaining food safety and workplace safety standards.

The role requires experience in warehouse or logistics, familiarity with WMS, and the ability to work in cold storage environments. Travel to warehouse locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience; supervisory preferred.
• Experience leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience in food manufacturing or cold-chain is advantageous.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and inventory basics.
• Able to work in chilled and frozen storage environments.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Physically capable of hands-on warehouse duties and manual handling.

*Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm.
*Location: Bedok
*1 hour lunch break
*Ideally possess own transport or motorbike for easier travel to work and able to work in cold room environment

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of approximately 6 to 8 warehouse staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch operations, while maintaining inventory accuracy, food safety standards and workplace safety requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 6 to 8 warehouse staff.
• Plan manpower allocation and daily work assignments.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and excess inventory.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are properly checked against relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales/Customer Service and Logistics teams on operational requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience leading and supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience within food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain operations will be an advantage.
• Familiar with WMS and basic inventory management processes.
• Comfortable working in chilled and frozen storage environments, including cold rooms and freezers.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage operational priorities effectively.
• Physically comfortable performing hands-on warehouse duties and manual handling when required.
