Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, plan manpower, and ensure accurate inventory using the WMS.

You will collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales and Logistics teams while maintaining stock accuracy and expiry controls. You will also supervise a small team, train staff, and uphold food safety, hygiene, and SOPs in

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehouse/logistics experience, supervisory preferred.
• Experience in Food, FMCG, distribution or cold-chain is advantageous.
• Familiar with WMS and inventory control.
• Able to lead and train warehouse staff effectively.
• Comfortable working in chiller/freezer environments of required.
• Hands-on, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
