Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will plan manpower, assign daily tasks and ensure timely order fulfilment in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will monitor inventory accuracy with WMS, perform cycle counts, coordinate with Production, Procurement and Logistics, and mentor a small team while working in chiller/freezer environments when required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Experience in Food, FMCG, distribution or cold-chain is a plus.
• Familiar with WMS and inventory control.
• Able to lead and train warehouse staff effectively.
• Comfortable working in chiller/freezer environments when required.

• Lead a small warehouse team while remaining hands‑on in daily operations.
