Job summary

Nutrition Asia Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at Pandan Crescent, Singapore. The role involves supervising daily receiving, picking, packing and dispatch activities, and coordinating with Logistics, Sales and Operations to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The candidate should have at least 5 years of warehouse experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong stock control skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Safety and company procedures must be followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily receiving, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

• Allocate work and manage warehouse manpower.

• Monitor stock accuracy, cycle counts and stock takes.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and warehouse housekeeping.

• Strong experience in inbound, outbound, stock control and cycle counts

• Experience handling FMCG products would be an advantage

• Ability to manage daily manpower and warehouse operations independently

• Monitor picking accuracy and timely order fulfilment.

• Supervise warehouse assistants and part-time staff.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales and Operations teams.

• Report operational issues and stock discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Experience in inventory control, stock take and warehouse operations.

• Good team management and communication skills.

• FMCG / food distribution experience will be an advantage.

• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
