Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Bedok, Singapore. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch while planning manpower and daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

You will monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, expiry dates and maintain compliance with food safety and warehouse SOPs. Leadership of a small team and hands-on involvement are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of warehouse/logistics experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in Food, FMCG, distribution or cold-chain operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with WMS and inventory control.
• Able to lead and train warehouse staff effectively.
• Comfortable working in chiller/freezer environments when required.
• Hands-on, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Lead a small warehouse team while remaining hands‑on in daily operations.
