Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Bedok is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support warehousing operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, labeling, and basic data entry in the Warehouse Management System.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to perform physical tasks, and adaptability to chill/freezer environments; forklift license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
• Able to perform physical and manual handling duties.
• Comfortable in a chiller/freezer environment; forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
• Pick, pack and label products per order requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, hygiene and safety of food products.
• Support cycle counts, stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist with loading/unloading and goods handling as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and SOPs.

Warehouse Assistant

Salary: Up to $2800, depends on performance

Work Location: Bedok

Work Hours: Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm. (6 Days)

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Pick, pack and label products in accordance with order requirements
• Ensure proper storage, handling and movement of food products in compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Assist with loading and unloading, inspect and store of goods as required
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments in accordance with safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the warehouse
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules
• Comply with workplace safety, company policies and SOPs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required
• Capable of performing physical and manual handling duties
• Comfortable working in a chiller and freezer environment
• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory
