Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall operations of the warehouse.
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound freight movements.
• Prepare and execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of cargo and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse at all times.
• Coordinate and follow up on regular warehouse maintenance and repair works.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., sales, customer service) and external parties (e.g., transporters, vendors) to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
