Summary of the Role

We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Warehouse Specialist to support and manage day-to-day warehouse operations in Singapore. This role plays a critical part in ensuring materials are accurately prepared, inspected, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company standards.


The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lean environment and is comfortable taking responsibility beyond routine warehouse tasks.



Responsibilities


  • Maintain 100% compliance with workplace safety policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Execute work orders and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Pick, prepare, and stage materials for pre-production and outbound activities.

  • Perform visual inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Support inventory management activities, including stock movement, labelling, and storage accuracy.

  • Assist with stock takes, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits.

  • Identify and highlight potential quality, process, or efficiency improvements to management.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse tasks and workflow, especially when working with additional warehouse support staff.

  • Support training of warehouse personnel and ensure adherence to procedures and safety requirements.

  • Track and provide basic reporting on warehouse productivity, accuracy, and performance where required.

  • Carry out other operational or warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.



Skills and Abilities


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification from ITE preferred; Diploma holders will be viewed favorably.

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 23kg (50 lbs), including regular bending, pulling, and pushing activities.

  • Prior experience with inventory systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

  • Forklift certification or similar warehouse equipment experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
