Responsibilities

• Operational Support Assist in planning and coordinating warehouse operations. Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Monitor workflow and productivity.

• Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct regular stock checks and audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Team Supervision Supervise warehouse staff and delegate tasks. Provide training and guidance to new employees. Monitor staff performance and enforce safety protocols.

• Logistics Coordination Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments. Schedule deliveries and pickups efficiently. Ensure proper documentation for shipments.

• Health & Safety Compliance Enforce safety standards and procedures. Conduct safety drills and training sessions. Report and address any safety incidents.

• System & Process Improvement Suggest improvements to warehouse layout and processes. Implement new technologies or systems to enhance efficiency. Support digital inventory systems and data entry.

• Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain records of warehouse activities and incidents. Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts.
