We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, handling, and distribution of marine cables and related components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, safety compliance, and timely dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching marine cables, drums, and accessories.
• Supervise a team of warehouse staff and forklift operators, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of marine cables to prevent damage, including drum stacking, cable coiling, and moisture protection.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules and project timelines.
• Operate company vehicles for deliveries when required, ensuring safe and professional transport of goods.
• Implement best practices for space optimization, cable traceability, and FIFO/LIFO inventory methods.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with industry‑specific safety standards.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, warehouse performance, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the marine cable, electrical, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
