Job summary

Job Description

This position is responsible for warehouse operations including picking, packing, labeling, and stock checking based on order details. The role also includes maintaining warehouse cleanliness and occasionally performing delivery duties using a company vehicle. Accuracy, responsibility, and teamwork are essential to ensure smooth and efficient daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label products according to order details, and rework returned products.
• Conduct inspection and quantity checks before shipment.
• Organize shipping documents and delivery notes.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety standards.
• Deliver goods/collect returns to/from customers or retail partners when required.
• Support stock management and assist in inventory counts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to communicate in Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Able to carry 25-30kg delivery items.
• Driving experience for at least the past 3 years.
• Driving License Class 3 is a must.
