Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore seeks a candidate to supervise day-to-day warehouse operations. Qualifications

• Experience in operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Roles & Responsibilities

• To ensure staff comply with operation processes
• Supervise day-to-day operations ensuring that customer expectations and performance metrics are met or exceeded
• Responsible for coordinating with Shop-floor Supervisor / Buyer on delivery orders and returns
• Train employees in all outbound functions according to company procedures
• Liaise with various departments to resolve any warehouse operation related issues
• Arrange daily delivery to shop-floor
• Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
• Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Specific Accountabilities

• Plan overtime base on capacity and requirements
• Approval of annual leave
• Proposal of hiring and terminate staffs
• Generate and monitor daily KPI

Requirements

• Only open for Singaporean
• Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
• Hands‑on experience in warehousing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to deal with people of all levels
• Able to perform work with minimal supervision
• Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities
• Able to operate MHE such as Forklift and Reach Truck
• Inventory management and reconciliation of errors
• Location: Changi South Street 2 (Shift work including Sunday / Public Holiday duty, according to work roster)
