Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage packing and inventory tasks. Qualifications

• Willing to rotate duties such as delivery support or labelling.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Basic knowledge of equipment checks and record-keeping is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare packing materials; pack, unpack, and move goods carefully to prevent damage.
• Get shipments ready for incoming and outgoing warehouse orders.
• Receive, store, pick, pack, label, and prepare goods for delivery based on WMS work orders.
• Help with stock control and meet quality standards for audit checks.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and neat; use space properly.
• Report any missing items, damage, or stock differences found.
• Follow service standards, work processes, rules, and regulations.
• Follow SOPs and safety rules when handling goods and using warehouse equipment/vehicles.
• Carry out other logistics tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Skills

Basic understanding of English

Comfortable with lifting cartons (about 15kg)

Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse systems
