Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of goods
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and support inventory control measures
• Ensure proper handling of goods, including temperature‑controlled items (if applicable)
• Implement and uphold workplace safety and health standards in the warehouse
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for smooth logistics operations
• Prepare operational reports and highlight improvement areas to management
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with supervisory exposure
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) will be an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage a team effectively
• Forklift license will be a plus
