Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to perform material handling and inventory control operations in Jurong East, Singapore. The candidate must have at least one year of experience in a warehousing or logistics environment, and a valid forklift license is an added advantage. Working hours are five and a half days a week with competitive salary ranging from $2000 to $2500. Duties include inventory management, returns processing, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE or CGE 'O' Level education required.
• At least one year of experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.
• Valid forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

Warehouse Assistant

Location: Jurong East, West Region

Working Days: 5.5 days (Alt Sat)

Working Hours:

(Mon – 8.00am to 5.00pm, Tues – Fri – 7.30am to 5.00pm, Sat 8.00am to 12pm)

Salary: $2000 - $2500

JOB SCOPE:

• Perform material handling and ensure accurate inventory control
• Carry out returns processing, labeling, picking, packing, and other warehouse tasks
• Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts
• Load and unload goods, including container handling
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse (housekeeping duties)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum PSLE, CGE ‘O’ Level
• Minimum one (1) year experience in warehousing / logistics environment
• Possession of a valid forklift license is an added advantage
