Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday: 10:30am – 2:30pm

5.5-day work week

High Frequency Apparel (HFA) is a fast‑growing apparel brand focused on essential, easy‑to‑wear pieces. With growing online sales across multiple e‑commerce platforms, we are looking for a reliable and hands‑on Warehouse Assistant to support our daily warehouse and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pack and prepare online orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Website accurately and on time

Perform stock counting, stock checks, and inventory updates

Assist in receiving, unloading, palletizing, and storing goods

Carry, move, and organize cartons and inventory within the warehouse

Prepare orders for courier pickup and outbound shipments

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Support stocktakes and basic warehouse reporting

Assist with other ad‑hoc warehouse and operations tasks when required

Requirements

Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, e‑commerce fulfillment, or operations preferred

Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying, and palletizing goods

Able to follow SOPs and work independently

Detail‑oriented and responsible

Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop order fulfillment is a plus

Positive attitude and team player
