Responsibilities involve using the Oracle system for record-keeping, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Handle warehouse daily operations under direct supervision.
• Receive, record and dispatch goods in the warehouse manually and in Oracle system.
• Ensure completion of the task within the timeline.
• Check incoming goods for damage or discrepancies.
• Pick and pack customer orders according to packing list.
• Generate documents from Oracle system.
• Coordinate with customer service on shipments.
• Perform finished goods kitting and physical checks.

Job Summary

• Ensure completion the task within the timeline.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods; check for damage or any discrepancy
• Perform receiving in Oracle system
• Pick and pack customer orders and work orders according to packing list
• Generate commercial invoice, packing list & delivery order from Oracle system
• Coordinate with customer service on shipment and perform shipment in Oracle system
• Perform finished goods kitting
• Issuing of Parts of Work Order to assembly physically and in Oracle system
• Perform physical check of production items and rollup Work Order in Oracle system
• Attend to customers and forwarders
• Loading/unloading of goods
• Ensure up-to-date inventory stock and no discrepancies
• Retrieve stored information to response to enquiries
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping at warehouse
• Strictly must follow safety procedures
