Job Overview

We are seeking suitable candidates to oversee and manage the company's end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers. This role involves coordinating transportation, managing inventory and resolving issues to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation Management: Planning, coordinating, and managing the transportation and distribution of goods.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management: Overseeing inventory levels, managing storage and distribution activities and ensuring accurate stock control and reporting.
• Order Fulfilment: Coordinating the full order cycle, from order processing to final delivery to ensure customer requirements are met within deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Monitoring and analysing logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A minimum of GCE 'O' Level.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with shipping software like TradeNet are beneficial.
• Physical Built: Strong, able to move heavy objects up to 20 kg around.
• Languages: Candidates should be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
• Salary range: $1,800 to $2,000.
