Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Responsible for day to day processing such as picking and packing list, permit declaration, collection and deliveries.
• Support productivity enhancements for Contract Logistics Operations.
• Actively engages in warehouse system digitalization initiatives throughout the network.
• Ensure all shipping processes have timely closure i.e. from receiving of request, invoicing, etc.
• Ensure timely updates of all costs, details and processes.
• Ensure all documents, including billing invoice, reaches the customer on time.
• Generate monthly performance reports such as accurate pick rates and damage report.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.
• Coordinate with agent on permit declaration information prior to customs submission.
• Receive and inspect all materials against shipping documents.
• Ensure proper labeling for stock accuracy.
