Job Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome and escort guests to their seats
  • Oversee the smooth operations of the assigned service area
  • Replenish cutlery and tableware as needed
  • Ensure all tables are properly set with the correct table settings and utensils
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently after each use
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and hygiene at all times
  • Uphold excellent work performance and professional grooming standards
  • Monitor the presentation and quality of all food and beverages served
  • Attend daily pre-service briefings and roll calls
  • Deliver courteous and professional service to all guests consistently
  • Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by supervisors or management
