Job description

Location: Singapore (with periodic travel to Indonesia)
Start Date: January 2026
Employment Type: Full-time, Corporate HQ (Singapore)
Reporting to: Director of Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Finance leader to spearhead all financing and capital-raising efforts for our project pipeline — including property development, corporate growth, and cross-border expansion.

This pivotal role combines structured debt, bond financing, mezzanine & hybrid financing solutions, and project-level funding oversight, working across Singapore and Indonesia markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all debt financing and capital-raising activities across the group’s projects, including property construction and development financing.

  • Act as primary financing lead, engaging with banks and financial institutions in Singapore and Indonesia for both corporate and project financing.

  • Structure and execute bond issuances, mezzanine financing, bridge loans, and other structured debt instruments as needed.

  • Oversee and coordinate financial planning, cashflow modelling, financing timelines, and covenant compliance for each project.

  • Provide strategic financing advice to senior management — assessing financing options, cost, risks, and recommending optimal funding solutions.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (project management, legal, accounting, business development) to align financing strategies with business objectives.

  • Manage relationships with banking partners and investors, negotiate terms, monitor covenant compliance, and report to management.

  • Monitor market conditions, interest rate trends, and regulatory developments relevant to financing activities in both Singapore and Indonesia.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in structured financing, debt or bond financing, project financing, mezzanine financing, or related roles (experience in real estate/property development is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of banking systems in Singapore and Indonesia — familiarity with local banking practices and cross-border financing is advantageous.

  • Excellent financial modelling, analytical, contractual negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple financing projects simultaneously under tight timelines.

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, with high integrity and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Comfortable with occasional travel to Indonesia for project or bank-related meetings.

What We Offer
  • A senior leadership role with significant influence over capital structure and financing strategy for a growing, cross-border group.

  • Exposure to high-profile property and corporate projects across Southeast Asia.

  • Opportunity to build relationships with major banks and financial institutions in both Singapore and Indonesia.

  • A collaborative, multicultural working environment within a leading regional corporate group.

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with responsibilities and performance.

Compensation

Taking into account seniority, scope, and cross-border responsibilities, the salary range is:

  • Base Annual Salary (SGD): $100,000 – $180,000

  • Final package to be calibrated based on the candidate’s financing track record, cross-border experience, and ability to lead large-scale financing deals.
