Singlife seeks a Business Development Manager to drive HNW growth across onshore and offshore markets. You will identify opportunities, onboard partners, and expand strategic alliances to deliver revenue and client value.

You will collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, Compliance, Marketing and Product teams, maintain forecasting, and ensure MAS-regulatory compliance while building lasting relationships with brokers and clients.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership management.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, wealth management, or banking preferred.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong business relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new HNW business opportunities in both onshore and offshore to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, and strategic partners.
• Prospect, qualify, and onboard new business partners and clients.
• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Promote the company’s products and solutions to partners and clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and key accounts.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with partners.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and product updates to partners.
• Address partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Drive partner productivity and increase business volumes.
• Monitor sales pipelines and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management.
