Job summary

FWD Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior HNW Business Development Manager to drive sustainable growth in high net worth insurance through strategic distribution partnerships.

You will cultivate and deepen relationships with distribution partners and lead initiatives across product, underwriting and compliance to deliver premium client outcomes. You will own the sales pipeline, develop strategic account plans, onboard new partners, and enable distributors with product and technical support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in life insurance, HNW insurance, wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, or distribution management.
• Have existing relationships with Banks/ International Brokers will be an advantage.
• Proven track record in business development, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with IFAs, International Brokers, EAMs, Private Banks, or affluent client segments will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales, productivity, and other key business targets across assigned distribution partners.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow wallet share, increase partner productivity, and achieve sustainable business growth.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distribution opportunities that align with FWD HNW growth strategy and target customer segments.
• Build and maintain a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline through proactive partner engagement and opportunity management.
• Drive sales initiatives, campaigns, and business development activities to accelerate new business generation and market penetration.
• Support the growth of FWD HNW business by promoting solutions focused on wealth preservation, legacy planning, succession planning, and cross-border wealth needs.
