Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to deliver sales targets through partnerships.
• Experience in wealth management or HNW distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales targets across assigned distribution partners.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow wallet share.
• Onboard new distributors and manage partner productivity.
• Provide product, technical and sales support to improve conversion.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Compliance teams to enhance propositions.
