Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, wealth management, or banking.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong business relationships.
• CMFAS Papers - RES5/M9/M9A/HI certifications.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual business/sales targets by driving partner productivity.
• Monitor sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasting.
• Identify and develop bancassurance new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company objectives.
• Promote Singlife’s products and solutions to partners and clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and evolving advisor needs.
