Job summary

Singlife is seeking a Wealth Specialist to provide tailored wealth and insurance solutions to high-net-worth clients, supporting succession planning and bridging financial planning with risk management. You will work with Product, Underwriting, and Business Development to deliver holistic solutions that meet client needs while driving growth.

Reporting into the wealth management team, you will develop client relationships, perform needs analyses, and ensure compliance with MAS regulations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in wealth management, insurance advisory, or private banking with HNW clients.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and legacy planning.
• MAS regulatory knowledge and strict compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding objectives and risk appetite.
• Conduct needs analysis to propose customized insurance and wealth planning solutions.
• Support succession planning conversations, wealth structuring, and protection strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial to craft innovative insurance and wealth solutions.
• Ensure proposals comply with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Identify and develop new HNW opportunities onshore and offshore to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, introducers, and strategic partners.
• Support client education initiatives and contribute to new product launches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping of client engagements.
