Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required, preferably Master's in a related field.
• Rich experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, and Crypto/Web3.
• Past experience in card issuing and payment processing is essential.
• Experience in issuing Crypto Backed credit/debit cards is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business of the Credit Card Centre and account for its operations or Sales & Marketing.
• Lead various departments to achieve objectives across business development and marketing efforts.
• Design cooperation models related to bank credit cards and cryptocurrency.

About the job VP Credit Card Centre (Singapore)

A sizable Singaporean Bank is looking for a high-calibre Vice President to manage either the operations or Sales & Marketing of her Credit Card Centre.

Responsibilities:

• Based in Singapore, drive the business of Credit Card Centre and accountable for its operations or Sales & Marketing
• Lead various Department to achieve objectives and be responsible for managing Business Development, Channel integration, Product Roadmap, Card Acquisition, Marketing & Promotion, Usage & Maintenance, Infrastructure, IT & Operations, etc.
• Design cooperation models related to bank credit cards and cryptocurrency, including but not limited to transactions, points, payments, etc.
• Work with Business very closely, not only supporting features from Product perspective but also drive Business forward from end to end.
• Drive the product design of different crypto exchanges, wallets, payments, etc.
• Work closely with Business Development, Technical team, Risk, Compliance team, Big Data team, and cross functionally

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Business, Information Technology or related disciplines and Master Degree preferably
• Rich experience in Banking & Financial Institutions and Crypto/Web3 companies, with senior management experience.
• Past experience in Card issuing, Card scheme like Visa/Mastercard/Amex/JCB, payment processing or Card Acquirer is a must.
• Past experience in Crypto exchanges, Web3, or fintech is preferred.
• Experience in issuing Crypto Backed credit/debit card and Stable Coins will be highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, compliance rules, and risk management methods.
• Strategic with strong business sense and experience in product development is preferred
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Strong communicator and excellent interpersonal skills
• Business proficiency in English and Chinese (Putonghua is a MUST)
