Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Enterprise Customer Engineer in Singapore to drive our technical go-to-market strategy, guiding enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion. You will operate as a quota-carrying technologist, leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce toil and enable high-value architectural decisions.

You will own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, and expansion, working with Account Executives.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Ability to white-board, design, and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate deeply technical concepts into business outcomes for both hands-on engineers and C-level executives.
Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead technical validation and discovery with account executives to map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
Own structured onboarding, migration blueprints, and tailored deployment guidance for customers.
Lead technical QBRs to translate platform capabilities into ROI for executives.
Act as trusted advisor on architecture, AI controls, security posture, and deployment confidence.
Leverage AI agents and workflows to automate routine CE tasks and improve efficiency.
Educate internal teams and customers on SOPs, best practices, and technical guides.
