Job summary

Cloudflare in Singapore is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, Professional Services to work in a hybrid model. You will be an embedded, hands-on technical expert inside the customer’s environment, leading complex Cloudflare implementations and ensuring seamless delivery.

The role targets senior technologists with a proven track record of end-to-end customer transformations, architectural leadership, and collaboration with executives to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Expertise in enterprise-scale engagements across multiple domains (Applications, Networking, Zero Trust).
• Ability to drive architecture decisions and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Embed and integrate as a trusted, embedded member of the customer’s technical team, operating within their tools and processes.
• Design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions directly within the customer environment; implement changes and troubleshoot in real time.
• Provide proactive architectural guidance, roadmaps, and best-practice recommendations; produce design artifacts for delivery and handoff.
• Lead technical workshops and knowledge transfer; document decisions and runbooks for continuity.
