Job summary

Cloudflare Singapore is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for the Digital Native Business. The hybrid, full-time role focuses on technical go-to-market strategy, onboarding, deployment architecture, and lifecycle expansion across enterprise customers in a Singapore-based market.

You will own technical validation, onboarding blueprints, and account growth while acting as a trusted advisor and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Travel may be required up to 20-50% for meetings, conferences, and collaboration.
• Compensation is described as competitive with a base salary and variable targets.

Responsibilities

• Technical Validation: lead technical deep-dive discovery, map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures, and define evaluation plans.
• Customer Adoption & Value Realization: oversee onboarding, design migration blueprints, and monitor health/expansion plans.
• Commercial Accountability & Expansion: carry a quota for new business and account growth, drive quarterly business reviews.
• Trusted Advisory: maintain executive-level relationships, advise on architecture, AI controls, and deployment confidence.
• AI Orchestration & Workflow Automation: use AI agents to automate routine tasks and free time for strategic advisory.
• Education & Enablement: collaborate to build and govern technical resources and SOPs.
