Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer to bridge technical strategy and business value for enterprise clients. You will drive technical validation, onboarding architecture, and ongoing customer advisory, while leveraging AI-augmented workflows to reduce operational toil and accelerate value realization.

You will report to a Customer Engineering Leader within the GTM organization and play a quota-carrying role across the customer journey, from pre-sales validation through renewal and expansion.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Travel up to 20-50% for customer meetings, conferences, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical deep-dive discovery and capture business requirements.
• Map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures and solutions.
• Provide oversight to technical onboarding and ensure successful deployment.
• Own discovery, demos, onboarding, technical health, risk, and expansion strategy.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews translating platform capabilities into ROI.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
