• Significant customer-facing technical experience with large/complex enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Ability to build lasting technical and executive relationships, influence decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic account technical leadership for a focused portfolio of strategic customers; align architecture and engagement plans to priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and executive leaders; lead strategic discussions, briefings, workshops, and reviews.
• Design Cloudflare architectures and phased roadmaps for complex environments, identifying cross-platform opportunities and dependencies.
• Lead discovery and technical validation with account teams, including solution narratives and proof-of-concept plans.
